Reser's Fine Foods

Reser's Fine Foods is a family-owned American manufacturer and distributor of fresh and refrigerated prepared foods, founded in 1950 in Cornelius, Oregon and headquartered in Beaverton. Its portfolio spans deli salads (potato, macaroni, coleslaw, pasta), gourmet dips and sauces, hot sides and entrees (mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, gravies), fresh-cut potatoes and fruit, and Mexican foods (tortillas, burritos, wraps, salsas) across brands including Reser's American Classics, Main St Bistro, Stonemill Kitchens, Don Pancho, and Baja Cafe, plus a foodservice arm and subsidiaries (St. Clair Foods, Fresh Creative Foods). It was named R&FF 2025 Processor of the Year and public disclosures indicate revenue surpassed $2 billion by 2025. It is a high-mix, high-throughput refrigerated-foods operation with thin margins, short shelf life, recurring food-safety/recall exposure (listeria), and significant manual labor on packaging lines.
