The Coca-Cola Company
The Coca-Cola Company (Atlanta, GA; founded 1886/1892, NYSE: KO) is the world's largest non-alcoholic beverage company, generating roughly $47.9B in FY2025 revenue with ~65,900 employees and a portfolio spanning Coca-Cola, Sprite, Minute Maid, Aquarius and others. Critically for AGD targeting, KO operates primarily as a concentrate/syrup producer and brand owner; the physical filling, bottling, canning, capping, packing and palletizing is mostly executed by a network of independent and partly-owned bottlers (e.g. Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, Coca-Cola Bottling Company United, Coca-Cola Consolidated). Manufacturing is high-speed, high-throughput beverage packaging — overwhelmingly handling robust PET bottles and aluminum cans where dexterity is not the bottleneck. Existing automation is concentrated in throughput and logistics (automated filling/labeling lines, AGV/ASRS palletized storage, RPA in back office), which falls largely OUTSIDE AGD's contact-rich wedge. Genuinely dexterous needs are narrow and concentrated around fragile returnable glass handling and closure seating.
